Who we are
Helocast is a service of Modulagent LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Modulagent," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through helocast.io (the "Site") and how we handle it.
What we collect
The Site is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, no forms, and no comment features. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising technology, or client-side analytics scripts.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to serve the Site, protect it from abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. This happens server-side and does not involve cookies set by us.
How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, to operate and secure the Site, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Site and our business, such as Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery and our email provider for correspondence. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, for our business records, or as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@helocast.io. We will respond consistent with applicable law, including Texas law where it applies.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
