Agreement to these terms
helocast.io (the "Site") is operated by Modulagent LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Helocast ("Modulagent," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site describes our services for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quotation, professional advice, or a commitment to perform services. Engagements are formed only through separate written agreements signed by Modulagent LLC.

Helocast is a private company. Nothing on the Site implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the United States government or any federal, state, or local agency.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the HELOCAST name, marks, logo, text, and design, are owned by Modulagent LLC. You may view and print Site content for your own informational use. You may not use our name, marks, or logo without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use automated means to scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
